Approval and Contracting
Once your application is completed & all documents have been uploaded, our friendly sales team reviews the documents and will contact you for any discrepancies. Once complete we will submit the file to the verification team for the full approval. The verification team will be verifying all the information you submitted. To help speed up the process be sure all your references will answer the phone. Your contract will be sent via DocuSign to your email listed or you may sign in person at our in store location. Once signed, you are ready for the next step.

In Store Pick up or Delivery
Your vehicle is ready for delivery or in store pick up! For in store pick up, your vehicle will be held for 48 hours. After 48 hours, the vehicle will be available for sale to another customer. In some cases, your vehicle may have been sold while you are completing the buy. In those cases, we will contact you and ask you to choose another vehicle.
