Previous car-related job experience is an asset, as are any talents you may have in customer service, analytics, and management. But more importantly than previous experience, we want people who are simply awesome. We can teach you how to be great at your job, but we can’t teach you how to have a positive attitude.
The Application Process
When you apply, your application is sent directly to our human resources department. We’ll review your resume and cover letter and check out your qualifications. We’ll probably Google you too — just so you’re aware. If we think you’re a match for one of our open positions, we’ll give you a call and set up an interview.
