It is a crime in the state of Oklahoma punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six (6) months or by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500), or by both such fine and imprisonment, to knowingly submit false information for purposes of obtaining a loan. 21 O.S. §1501. Any person who knowingly or intentionally submits false information on their loan application, or submits false documentation such as fake paystubs in support of their loan application, will be denied and reported to the proper authorities. The KEY, LLC shall retain copies of submitted documents for retention purposes.
