I have purchased two vehicles here The Key Cars. Both times the staff were very professional and easy to talk with regarding what I wanted in a vehicle. Alex sold me my first car and Monty the second one. Both times their individual patience was appreciated. Thank you The Key Cars .. I thought this dealership was good for the customer .. now after trying to get my title for two weeks, not so much. I tried contacting them the week before my temporary tag expired, they said they mailed it and it was signed for .. uh no, I haven't signed for anything since living at my residence. I asked them to send a copy to the dealer, I'd pick it up .. but no, they said they mailed it .. AGAIN .. here we are 2 weeks later, no title, I'm paying late fees each day to tag my vehicle .. yet they're saying it's in the mail .. 🙄 🤔
