The Rep, Landon was such a big help in getting in a truck. His customer service was very appreciated, understanding my situation and willing to negotiate in my behalf.

So, Landon is a really cool dude. He called me and stayed in touch while I was getting mauled with work to tell me I got approved and worked around my schedule. When I arrived he instantly acknowledged me and told me he’d get with me soon. He got me in a car I didn’t want initially but it was nice and the price was fair, but when I drove it off the lot the car had technical issues/recall problems that none of the staff knew about , I took the car back same hour and told him what happened & he had seemed very disappointed to find out. He instantly talked with his manager and got me into a better vehicle and to top it off ,it was the one I initially wanted! With only slightly raising my monthly bill I drove off happy even though I spent the entire day there lol -Thanks to TheKey’s staff especially my guy Landon!
