So I had Alex as a salesman. And that that’s exactly what he was a salesman. I scheduled my appointment for one day and He kept reaching out to me to come in earlier Said he would give me a good deal because it was the end of month. So I came in earlier and he did not give me a deal. Instead of paying 300 every two weeks for my car, I’m paying 290 every two weeks from my car. Still the same amount for the car. No deal. As well as the car was on E And he told me to drive it around the parking lot on E. Then he sent someone to put gas in it. And they put one bar above E. So the car was basically still on E when I purchased the vehicle. Don’t get me wrong. Alex was very kind and knowledgeable. But I also feel like they are car sales men so they are playing a game to win. At the end of the day, it was a commission check for him. I also did not like how there was a tire pressure warning on the car lit, And instead of Fixing it immediately, he said they did not have time, but that I could schedule an appointment for it to be fixed. But they want you to buy it immediately and do it on their time. Overall, I got me another car from them, I’ve had it for two days and I love it so far. But just the experience itself is why I only gave two stars. I would recommend not telling people that you’re going to give them a deal if you’re not going to give them a deal.

Extatic about my new vehicle! I felt I was done very good here!! The special they ran with down pmt/ trade in value matching gave me more variety to choose from with a much shorter car note! Alex, my salesman was great, eazy going and he had a good vibe as did the dealership. Best experience yet!! Definitely this place is my new dealership 4 life!
