Miracle worker alert. I walked in thinking there was no damn way I was leaving with a car. Credit was meh, budget was tight, and I’ve had smoother experiences at the DMV. But Mike said, “Hold my coffee,” and pulled off some wizard-level sorcery. He got me in a car when no one else even tried. Not pushy, not fake — just solid, straight-up help with a side of jokes. Scott was pretty cool helped me get into a car and made sure I understood everything for it being my first time going through this process Update a year later life kinda hitting I see now he didn’t help me understand it all so I call them because they email me saying let us know if we can help and tell me to ask about the options and I ask about them and they lady kept bringing up only one of the options outta 3 and ain’t help with shit feel like I’m overpaying for a car that’s 10 years old smfh
